Tomatoes!
I managed to freeze a couple of quarts of spaghetti sauce from our garden tomatoes today. Did you know it takes a little under 4 lbs of tomatoes to make a quart? No wonder it's good for you. It reminded me of this picture I took a few days ago. Tye eating a tomato like an apple...

Cute picture!
My kids don't care for fresh tomatoes - I found out the hard way that they think they are balls. I was unloading groceries came in to find they had thrown tomatoes (about 5) all over my kitchen.
The blogger in me didn't even think to takea picture!
