Update and Prayer Request

Thank you for all your kind comments for Jaden! He is doing well. However, he seems to be in more pain today. So, that is why I'm blogging instead of at church right now. He spent the whole day at Grandma's yesterday, and although he did wonderfully and had a great time, we decided because he was hurting last night and this morning a quiet day at home would be good for him. Right now the ibuprofin has kicked in and he's having fun playing.

Also, a prayer request for my friend, Cindy. For at least a year and a half, Cindy has had debilatating migranes almost daily. She has doctored and doctored all over the place. Recently, they've gotten worse again. They've come across a doctor who would like to perform surgery, removing part of her lower skull and upper spine, as they look to be causing pressure on her brain. After much prayer, they have decided to go with surgery and they have peace about their decision. Please pray for Cindy and her family (she has 4 children, 2 school age and 2 preschool age). The surgery is scheduled for Tuesday. Please pray that there are no complications and that she finally has relief. Cindy is a wonderful woman who would do anything for anyone given the chance. She was a mentor to me during our adoption process. It's so sad to see her hurting. Please pray.
