Flooding

Wow, first they called it the 100 year flood (a flood that happens every 100 years), now they're calling it the 500 year flood. The pictures of Cedar Rapids, and other places are amazing...and awful. I can't imagine.

We are so very grateful that we are one of the few areas to escape the flooding. We can't imagine what they are going through. While we maybe had 6 inches of rain in a week...they would have that much in a day. Aside from the bit of water in Shianne's room because of a plugged gutter, we're fine. Our fields are fine. What a HUGE blessing. Our prayers go out to the homeless and hurting right now.
